  2. Stop 2: Bethphage · Et Tur

And when they drew nigh unto Jerusalem, and were come to Bethphage, unto the mount of Olives, then sent Jesus two disciples,

    Matthew 21:1
  3. Stop 3: Temple · the Temple Mount

And Jesus went into the temple of God, and cast out all them that sold and bought in the temple, and overthrew the tables of the moneychangers, and the seats of them that sold doves,

    Matthew 21:12
  4. Stop 4: Mount of Olives

And as he sat upon the mount of Olives, the disciples came unto him privately, saying, Tell us, when shall these things be? and what shall be the sign of thy coming, and of the end of the world?

    Matthew 24:3
  5. Stop 5: Upper room

Scripture places it in the city but does not locate it. The map shows the traditional site on Mount Zion.

And he shall shew you a large upper room furnished: there make ready.

    Luke 22:12
  6. On the way

When Jesus had spoken these words, he went forth with his disciples over the brook Cedron, where was a garden, into the which he entered, and his disciples.

    John 18:1

    Stop 6: Gethsemane

Then cometh Jesus with them unto a place called Gethsemane, and saith unto the disciples, Sit ye here, while I go and pray yonder.

    Matthew 26:36
  7. Stop 7: Caiaphas

The high priest's house; its site is not certain. The map shows the traditional site on Mount Zion.

And they that had laid hold on Jesus led him away to Caiaphas the high priest, where the scribes and the elders were assembled.

    Matthew 26:57
  8. Stop 8: Gabbatha

The Pavement, Pilate's judgment seat. The leading identification is Herod's palace; the Antonia Fortress is the other.

When Pilate therefore heard that saying, he brought Jesus forth, and sat down in the judgment seat in a place that is called the Pavement, but in the Hebrew, Gabbatha.

    John 19:13
  9. Stop 9: Golgotha

The place of a skull. The traditional site is the Church of the Holy Sepulchre; the Garden Tomb is the other proposal.

And he bearing his cross went forth into a place called the place of a skull, which is called in the Hebrew Golgotha:

    John 19:17
  10. Stop 10: Sepulchre

The new tomb beside Golgotha (John 19:41), shown at the traditional site, the Church of the Holy Sepulchre.

Now in the place where he was crucified there was a garden; and in the garden a new sepulchre, wherein was never man yet laid.

    John 19:41
