Grace Has Appeared to All People
Titus 2:11-13 is Thread 7 and Thread 3 in a single sentence. The grace of God has appeared, bringing salvation for all people: Thread 7's universal scope. And then: waiting for our blessed hope, the appearing of the glory of our great God and Savior Jesus Christ: Thread 3's return of the King. The same grace that has appeared to all (universal invitation, present tense) also instills the blessed hope (the pre-tribulational expectation). Universal provision and imminent return inhabit the same two verses.
