Whosoever Will, The Book With No Name: Then the hinge of the whole book, the verse that makes the door theologically load-bearing: “But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him” (Heb 11:6). He that cometh. Not he that was chosen to come. Not he whose coming was written before he drew breath. He that cometh, whoever he is, must believe two things, that God is, and that God rewards the seeker, and the promise runs to every seeker without exception. That is Hebrews’ own “whosoever will”. It is the invitation of Revelation 22:17 stated as doctrine: the one who comes is the one who is welcomed, and the coming is real. Scripture, King James Version: Hebrews 11:6, "But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him."; Revelation 22:17, "And the Spirit and the bride say, Come. And let him that heareth say, Come. And let him that is athirst come. And whosoever will, let him take the water of life freely.".
