Who are the 144,000? Are Christians "spiritual Israel"?

Chuck Smith took the tribe list at face value and asked the spiritualizer a plain question: "Well, what spiritual tribe are you from?" The text names the sealed as "of all the tribes of the children of Israel" (Revelation 7:4). Read Chuck on 1 John 4:1 in the reader. Chuck Smith commentary used by permission of The Word For Today.
